While most of the properties in the Hollywood Riviera are single family homes, there are quite a few townhome and condo complexes. 
One of the largest is Village Palos Verdes in the lower Riviera.
Most of the townhomes in Village Palos Verdes have great ocean views and are just a short walk to Torrance beach and Paseo De La Playa. The complex consists of approximately 180 units with current HOA (as of 1/20) around $475 a month. The buildings in the community addresses for the homes are either Calle Mayor, Calle Miramar, Camino De Las Colinas or Palos Verdes Blvd.
The townhomes offer 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans generally on 3 levels with the garage on the lowest level. All of the townhomes have attached garages. Square footage of the homes range approximately between 1350 square feet and 1905 square feet. The townhomes were built between 1974 and 1978 with some still having a fairly original feel and some being extensively remodeled.
